Exchanging Sexual Energy

What is it about sexuality that most of us find so intriguing? Besides the obvious physical pleasure it really has more to do with transcending your usual physical boundaries. Lovemaking allows us to transcend our bodies by fusing with another human being. Most people experience this kind of transcendence in their bedrooms more than they do in churches, synagogues, or mosques. It is through sexual union that one can align themselves with the rest of the universe, and its my job to outline how to perform soul-mating. As usual, this practice is only successful between deeply connected couples.

Expanding - This is the first stage that takes place during intercourse. When a woman becomes highly excited she naturally increases lubrication or her yin energy. It is at this point where both partners can circulate this sexual energy through their bodies own Microcosmic Orbits.
Gazing- After you're both engaged in exchanging your yin and yang energy (female and male energy), embrace your partner in a face-to-face position. Depending on the weight of the female she should be on top in a sitting position. Look deeply into each other's eyes and send both love and energy to each other.
Breathing - Coordinating your breathing is essential for the exchange of chi, and gentlemen you must remember it is crucial to gage her breathing during foreplay. Once a woman is relaxed and ready, it is her breathing that becomes deeper which is your signal to commence. Don't just check to see how damp she's getting, its her breathing you should pay more attention to. Try to place your nose near her ear and your ear near her nose so you can both coincide your breathing until you reach a definitive rhythm.
Circulating - At this point you must both direct your energy in an orbit which runs up the back of your spine and down the midline of your body. You can draw this energy in a circle by using your mind, and contracting your PC muscles while guiding the energy down the front of your body with your tongues.
